2024 Board of Directors elections are coming up!

The Board of Directors is a group of club members responsible for managing the club and its various programs. This includes discussion and decision on club affairs and property at monthly meetings. If you ever wanted to to participate more in club business and decision making, a director position may be for you.

The positions available for 2024 are listed below. If you are interested in more involvement with the club, please make sure you attend the meeting and put your name in for nomination. If you are unable to attend, but are still interested in a nomination, please contact Tasha Doty with your name and the position you are interested in. Please keep in mind that to hold a director position, you must have an active membership and be in good standing with the club.

-Assistant Regional Executive
-Treasurer
-Secretary

Oklahoma Region:

The bylaws committee has completed work on updating the bylaws of the region with modern language and to reflect our current operations. These bylaws will be voted upon by the membership during the annual election, scheduled for the first two week of October. Below please find links to the proposed and current bylaws.

2023 Board of Directors elections are coming up! The Board will be holding a special meeting for nominations on Moers,

nday, September 12th, during our regular monthly business meeting. The meeting will be held at Santa Fe Steak House (7101 SE 29th St, Midwest City, OK 73110) from 7 to 8 PM. Please come join us for some dinner and club discussion!

The 2021 Autocross schedule has been posted! Please access the schedule through the Autocross menu, then 2021 Autocross Schedule and Results. Thank you to Nathan and Conner as well as the rest of the Autocross Committee who worked hard to ensure another smooth Autocross season!

Oklahoma Region,

The final results from the 2020 autocross season has been posted! Thank you to all of our participants and volunteers who have made this last season great!

The Board has voted to cancel the banquet for this year, however we still plan to distribute trophies at the annual tech event which will be scheduled on a weekend in March.

The Autocross committee has already started working to make 2021 a success. Looking forward to another exciting season!

The results from our election have been reviewed and certified. Thank you very much for everyone who volunteered to run for a position. Our club could not continue to run successful events without the passionate and selfless work of our volunteers. Congratulations to everyone who was elected!
